These terms govern access to and use of the Bar9 service.

Service

Bar9 provides an API and management interface for submitting SMS to Algerian mobile numbers, subject to account and production-access approval.

Permitted use

You must have a lawful basis and, for marketing, verifiable consent. Illegal, deceptive, prohibited, or third-party-rights-infringing content is rejected and may be reviewed.

Account and security

You are responsible for your API keys, users, and integrations. Report compromise promptly and revoke affected credentials.

Billing and delivery

Current public rates are charged per segment when traffic is accepted into the delivery pipeline. Submission does not guarantee final delivery by the mobile operator.

Availability and suspension

The service may be suspended for maintenance, security, abuse, non-payment, or legal obligations. Public incidents are communicated on the status page.

Complaints and data

Complaints use the dedicated public channel. Data processing, retention periods, and data-subject rights are described in the privacy notice.
